Was that the one with the Bike-related Ebay items on one of the first few pages?

If it's the one with Honda Rebel Puncture kit, it didn't sell, despite having 10 watchers. I'm sure everyone was wondering about that one.

One of the comments was "It's really hard to service one unless you totally strip it". WTF?

It's a poor quote, but if they're talking about cam chain tensioners and valve shims - they've got a point. Some parts are a bugger to get to!

I wonder where he wants them to put the valve shims apart from in the cylinder heads ?

Read the article...nothing new as such.

Some quotes caught my eye.

The onyerbike guy said the SV was old news and the Er6 was the new kid

He also said a 88,000 miler came in with the engine still sweet, although the rest of the bike was for the scrapper.

Blimy, they should look at my bike, it would have been deemed for the scrap by his reconing ages ago.

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.
