Dont think its a use of questionable words, just the fact your librarys filter doesnt take context into account.

I think the block is when we are talking about nay ked SVs [that should beat the filter I hope] ie unfaired bikes. There would be a lot of that word on here hence it appearing restricted.

Still you get what you, or in your case dont, pay for. Time to get a cheap b/band connection I reckon.
