Default Wiiiidescreen

Just got a 19" Widescreen TFT monitor. It is beautiful!! Half-life 2 and Far Cry in widescreen are awesome, 1440x900 wallpapers are gorgeous, its sleek and elegant and crystal clear!

Fully recommend it

Anyone else got one?

Yes, my iMac is 1440x900. I noticed recently that PC World () were selling Hewlett-Packard widescreen (1440x900) 19" monitors for £150, which seemed like a bit of a bargain.

My Laptop has a 15.1" screen same res with built in pressure-sensitive graphics Tablet.

I had a Dell Ultrasharp 20" - 1680 x 1050 res, as did the wife.

Then her PC went pop and I got her a laptop - so DualHead 20" wides - was lovely.

Then I upgraded to a Dell Ultrasharp 24" - 1920 x 1200 res, tho mine is a slightly older model - doesnt have HDCP on the DVI port (that I am aware of)

This means that I have a 3-way set up - one 20" for watching TV, my mediabox is on the other - with my gaming box on the 24"

So yes, I have something like that :P

My new company laptop is 19"

It's also a one off special thanks to the fact that we ship dell products. I have the top spec Aurora mALX with a few bonuses, and it comes with what Dell describe as 'colour shifting chameleon paint'.

How chuffed am I?

17" 1680*1050 on my laptop. Looks great, and not found a game that dissapoints at max res yet...

Movies and TV also look great. Was looking for a 1900*1200 laptop but decided that the 1000 euros (as the price diff was at the time) was worth it...

Now you can get the 19*12 for the same price as I paid... Never mind....
