Why the hell does the guy have to be i drag tho? WTF is that about? Could he not just be in plain mens clothes and still do what he's doing? Its not like he's doing them for kerb crawling or anythign that would even justify him being in drag or acting so camp.
Or they could just use a female cop. WTF is going on over there? Stoopid yanks!

I guess that they are been smart and not just trying to use it as a revenue collection fund. By having this hit the news, everyone sees this item and hopefully more people stop running reds.
Actucally seems a sensible way to play it - for the price of a couple of wigs and dressing they get much more impact than plain clothes/cars
