Sheila got knocked off her bike by an expensive cage on the way to work this morning

and she's the luckiest idiot in the world.. but she learnt a HUGE Lesson and one she should already know too well.. and wants to remind ya all of...

Don't EVER EVER presume a car will do what it appears its going to do coz it will change its course at the very last second no doubt.. and don't be in too much of a hurry to get to work!!

PS. Sheila and bike completely unscathed.. PHEW!!!.. R&G Crash Bungs WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD I TELL YOU!!! :P

PPS.. Sheila is going back to Bike School!!!

Advanced training here she comes!!

You're OK is the main thing, the bike is OK is, in a comparatively very minor way, also good news. But you AND the bike are completely unscathed? You are the luckiest woman in the world!

I look forward to hearing the whole story, sparing no detail no matter how seemingly insignificant, at the New Year **** up you're organising.

Presumably you are now going to live every day of your life as if it were a bonus...
