i have got 15 front & 44 rear........is this the standard set up ?
been reading a lot of posts & it seems that dropping the front to 14 is the way foward, but what about the back? if you do this you lose 10 mph topend? do you miss this? |

15-44 is standard for the Curvey S 15-45 is standard for the Curvey N Going down 1 tooth on the front will turn your bike into a wheelie machine go on go for it you know you want to

In theory it will cause your chain to wear out earlier but if you are using ally sprockets they will wear out at the same time!
