Default Front end feels funny

I've noticed a problem with my front end over the last week, the bike feels like its tracking every groove in the road, and when filtering catseyes make it feel like the front is deflecting to the left or right a lot.
Tyre pressure is ok, no play that i can feel in the front wheel bearings. Its also making a loud Thunk nose when i hit bumps in the road. could it be my headstock bearings?

Working 6 days a week at the moment so i dont have time to spend a day stripping the front and checking everything. I remember reading that on bandits sometimes the headstock needs to be retorqued after a few years. would them being loose cause this sort of feeling.

Curvy forks have a habit of clunking even from new.

How many miles has your front tyre done? Mine tend to track white lines and get nervous over cats eyes as they get more worn.

front has about 4000 miles up on it. mostly commuter miles to so its worn in the middle a lot more than the edges.

Squared off rear can cause problems at the front too.
