BMI, baby!
No.......not aeroplanes
 I've lost a little bit of weight recently, mainly due to getting more active (training/coaching a kids team twice a week and play 5-a-side for an hour on a Sunday evening). Just calculated my Body Mass Index (BMI) using this tool: Jabba's BMI = 24.45  What is your BMI? Please be honest, and please don't post derisory comments about others, be they sylph-like or be a bloater

31.51 Im obeese me!!What it doesnt take into account is your musscle and frame. I have faffed around and im meant to be about 13 stone. I would look like a ...well, not right!!

18.16 or something. And it came with a comment saying i was underweight.
However, I have tried to put on weight but cannot, and I eat healthily - I am healthy! Am I? I worry about being underweight  Matt |
