nice summer blasts into the country

since the summer is upon us and lots of us are heading for the country id just like to say " ride safe everyone " we dont want any bad news this year and we want everyone on the org to have a good biking summer! beware the cage driver and the odd idiot on a motorcycle! take care and have eyes in the back of your head.

Kwak, the only problem I have with that, is that it appears to be more than the odd idiot biker this time of year (and this is my first spring riding on the road!).

Other than that, yup, I agree Treat everyone on the roads as complete idiots unless you know them personally. Those you know personally, treat as plain dangerous

I sold my bike...and now its warm.

It hurts...it really does.

Also: be aware of horse turd, since horse riders will be out and about too. Its slippery when wet...

And dont forget to drink lots in the heat, and also keep salt intake up too.

I went out for a 200 mile jolly this morning/afternoon, 1st time ive been on the bike in months, never really been in the right frame of mind due to recent events, started off a wee bit shakey but after about 30 miles or so i was starting to get the feel of the bike again.
Luckily for me there were no idiots on the road today...apart from myself

All in all it was a good day riding, glad i didnt sell he bike in the end...god i missed it

Heres to many more sunny days riding

And as previously said, lets keep it rubber side down
