Default My head hurts

I nipped out for a couple last night and somehow forgot to come home. The wife says it was 5:30 when i fell through the door. Now she has the grandaughter and I am expected to do my bit (lWith the exception of the nappy bit, which is definately her problem)

What is it with beer that makes you forget to go home. Boy am I tierd. I feel like I have only had a couple of hours kip

is it the beer? Are you happy at home? Would you like to talk about it?

It's a scientifically proven fact that the chemicals in beer stops time for those drinking it. Unfortunately when you stop drinking it then all that time saved catches up on the way home (we cannot work out why this is). You probably left the pub/club/mate's house at 10:30pm beer time, but 5am in real time. It's not your fault and the wife should allow you harmonise you body and the stresses of time travel by letting you have a kip!

Thank you for your explanation of what happens. It must be fact, as it made perfect sense.

Oh yes, can't spell in this state either. It is hard work seeing past the match sticks that are holding my eyes open

Being the nice, kind person that I am, I'm trying really hard to summon up some sympathy...but I just find I keep laughing instead!

Thanks Lissa I really do need your sympathy.

Now I have just found 4 pieces of Galaxy in the fridge. Normally I wouldn't steal somebodies chocolate. But at times like this you have to make an exception. I feel guilty as it lasted all of 1 second. but what the heck.

Ah, but the rules of chocolate state that if you're dumb enough to leave it lying around uneaten, it's fair game

Well, that's the excuse I always use, anyway
