If you mean the covers then you can get them hear http://www.project-r.co.uk/cs_suzuki.htm, I brought mine there with no probs, they sent the bulbs too!! Bonus

Is it just a straight swap with the lens' & bulbs or is any jiggary pokery involved? (i.e adding a relay as with l.e.d's)

Nah just swap over and go, it's still the standard 21w bulbs just in an orange disguise . About the easiest mod there is on the bike
