Hi All,
Need a pair of race boots but can't find a fit. The Alpinestars fit my feet but will not close around my legs. The Sidi boots I can't even get on my wide feet. Size 45. Anybody go through this? Thanx, Denis |

I've got wide feet & big calves (shame about the rest but you can't have everything eh?) and found the Alpinestars ones a near perfect fit.
Although I did have to go a size up, normally a 44 (uk10) but my bike boots are 45's. I found the same with the Sidi's, even by going up a size I couldn't get my foot in them! The problem lies with having so many different sizes, some company's UK10 is more like a 45 in euro sizes etc. It's a pain in the chuff. |

It may be worth looking round to find if there are any race suit makers in your area, Sam had her Sidi's adjusted to fit her legs. They guy adjusted the zip and extended the velcro flappy bit so it's a good fit for her. Used the same Lorica stuff as her boots, double stitched it and everything. At first look, you can't tell.
