I've got a voucher and I want to get an album.
Any ideas? Looking at Itunes over the past few days, bands whose albums have been played. Rival Schools - post-hardcore At the Drive-in - post-hardcore Spineshank - metal Nirvana - grunge Minuteman - indie Damien Rice - folky acoustic stuff I might just get Funeral For A Friend's new album which I haven't heard and prepare to be mildly disappointed. |

Heard yesterday that they're re-releasing The Travelling Wilburys first album. First time its been available for 10 years.
Worth buying for the history alone (Messrs Orbison, Harrison, Lynne, Dylan & Petty just playing together for fun), but the music is class anyway. All IMHO, of course. |

Oooo you should check out my friends Myspace "A place far away" It's a post-hardcore band, and he's the lead screamer/singer. It's not my scene, but he plays at the Star in Guildford quite a bit.
Back to the albums, I'd say toss up between Nirvana and Spineshank, BUT that's only because I have issues with Damien Rice, and I haven't heard the others. Good Luck! |

I have most of the Nirvana and Spineshank studio albums, just missing early albums Bleach, Incesticide. Strictly Diesel from Spineshank.
Thought I might see if there's any new stuff worth buying. |

The new Modest Mouse Album. Jonny Marr has joined then for their latest album. If you do a you tube search from them you'll find some of their stuff. Dashboard is a cracking tune.
