Default Very little front brake

Argh, thought we had sorted this on my sv but its come back!
Have very little front brake on my curvy, was like it when i got her, spent ages in garage getting them to sort it-got her home, all sorted-that was Sept last year.
Last couple of days its faded again! help!
Its been bled, had new pads, new seals etc.
I can almost get it back to the bar before bike fully stops, , garage last year suggested getting rid of braided lines and putting standard back on.

I know you have blead them but it sounds like you still have some air in the system! Try cable tying the lever back over night and see if that cures it.

Master cylider servicing kit about £18 or something like that... fixed mine. Use a cable-tie to keep the leaver closed over night and if the brakes are sharp when you first use them and fade over the day then its likely to be that.

Sounds like you *may* have the retracting piston syndrome I seem to have. Despite new seals in calipers and master cylinder + new braided lines, I still have more lever travel than I'd like before the brakes bite. They then work very well indeed. It's just one of my calipers that seems to be the problem. When I bought the bike (4 years ago now), I had the lever adjuster set to 4 for my small hands. I've now got it on 1 so the lever doesn't come back too far when braking grabbing a handfull.

I don't know the answer either...

Very odd... Have you tried keeping the leaver closed overnight?
