he has ruptured one of the ligaments today and needs to see the consultant on monday or tuesday he will need an MRI scan and maybe more surgery but hopefully not

so no physio on Monday and Sarah if the spare room is still available then yes please if not we'll cope.

funny you should say that - he was doing one of the exercises she gave him at the time

thanks guys he's in some pain again at the min and is feeling pretty down but he'll get there

Well - I've passed a claim from BluePete for temporary instatement into the Wonky Knee Gang - snapped ACL and overstressed Medial and Lateral Collateral ligaments...

... so much as we dislike the pain of admitting new members, I reckon Falc is 'in the club' too.

There seems to be a growing number of us who understand what he is going through at the moment.

Wish him well from me for the MRI, and if he ever wants to talk about 'knee stuff' just drop me a line.
