66666 miles - Warning

The bike will hate you and break down lots, when you get to the ODO of the beast.

Well not really, I know its a number of factors, in my case lots of winter riding and cheap looms on the SV that have corroded.
Just miffed as the bike failed on my Wednesday night due to a bad/dirty contact on the main connection out of the the starter relay. Now this morning I have a flat battery, which is either to do with my dodgy loom or I've poped another reg/rec.
I'll have to get the replacement loom sorted this weekend as it had a alarm fitted before I got it so will need to tidy the connections up. But while I'm at it I will need to check the reg/rec as the one on this bike is the one off my other SV at about 33k old when I swaped it, so near 40k now.

My first service on my new SV was at exactly 666 miles (marked in the service book as well).....eeeek

Anyone want to come over and help me strip down a bike. lol.

it will kill you. be careful can u not get it exorsised or something?

I have sadly seen that film haha. Its an old Commando that drinks people's blood. Morrissey is quite funny in it but I'd give it a 6.5/10 overall if you are into gore films.

Grinch has 66666 not evil but a testiment to how good the Sv is and how long they can last with the right servicing/treatment. BTW i would help you mate but you are a bit far away.
