Stokesley - Helmsley TT- heavy police presence

Just a bit of a general warning they've been doing a big "safety drive" on this road, loads of coppers, speed guns, police choppers & unmarked scoobies up there this weekend, and tonight the unmarked scooby was waiting at the Stokesley roundabout to tag on behind 'enthusiastic' bikers I imagine. Saw two traffic volvo estates as well in the vicinity, and I was just driving 3 miles to the local swimming pool.

The scooby is silver grey, reg starts PF 05...., judging by the deaths/injuries on the road this year it's no surprise, take care out there.

Thank's for the warning, I love that strech of road, even though my bike is dead for the time being but will be resurected soon, hopefully.

Yeah I heard on the news that NY Police were clamping down hard on bikes/Cars in the area. I dont think theres much education going on, enforcement seems to be the way, however if anyone does know otherwise please enlighten me.

Tim out of interest, how many have been killed on the TT this year?
