Default oops that didnt go as i had planned

I recently blew up the engine on my 97 tl1000s and have got a new one to replace it. Was trying to get the old one out today and in my brilliance ive managed to remove the swingarm bolt thinking it was an engine bolt, thus when i went to lower the jack to let the engine drop out, it stayed in place but the swingarm moved a lot. I have jacked the bike back up but am unable to get the bolt back through the bike as i just cant get the swing arm to line up with the holes. The swingarm has now got stuck and wont budge. The bike is currently only supported by the jack on the engine and a rear padock stand which is holding onto the swingarm using those cup thing rather than bobbins.

Any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated as to how i can sort this out as i really really really need to get this bike back on the road before sunday as im supposed to be going to an i am rideout on sunday morning. I mean would it be safe for me to hit the swingarm with a hammer or would that just damage it a lot?

thanks in advance.

Do you have a nylon or a hyde hammer? I wouldn't hit it with a metal hammer. Is th ebike in the garage? If so maybe you could suspend the bikefrom the ceiling beams and then jack the swingarm up? This is just an idea and in no way a tried and tested method!

Is the shock/spring on stick/whatever it is that your bike has still in place? That could be pushing the arm out of place... I don't know TLs but it's quite common that if you undo one part of a system you can't put it back together without taking more bits off, especially when you have compressed springs etc.
