So anyway, Rennsports. I have a set in my shed, which I got for trackdays just before I had to stop doing trackdays, and they certainly look sticky They're kind of old tech now but from what I've read they're still not really outclassed as far as grip goes, just that the modern tyres that grip just as well last far better.

If anyone wants a 120/70, 180/55 pair they're yours for ?120 delivered btw

Northy, were your Rennsports the road compound type, or the track type?

I have a front ROAD supercorsa (exactly the same as rennsport), that I used for a bit and will put back in for the spring (got a conti in there at the mo) I love their track compund tyres and nothing bad to say about the road one (on the road) eiter!!

I think wear rates might be your only issue, but if you don't do silly miles who cares?!?!

Any rough guestimation on miles out of a set?

And have you ever tried 208RRs or similar blue?

for you perhaps, but obviously not for me, but then again if it's normal for you to limit the bike mileage you do, I can understand how you could think like that.

Seems these days there are far more people with motorbikes in the garage that out on the road.

Cheers Mark.
