Ta dood, but i aint seeing anything like that under the K3 sv650s tank the only thing i have that resembles the right size connector is this. Checkout the colours of the wires going in/out because the book of lies doesn't have some of them in the wiring diagram eg. white with green dashes. As a desciption, the left of the picture wiring ( white/green dash & black white lined / green dash) goes to the rear & the white & green wires are coming up from the loom around the fuel pump connector area where the loom junctions across to the rotor & rear brake pedal switch.

like bibio said, it aint rocket science but this is doing my nut in as i dont want to power it up & find something goes 'pop'

try again... that's is the side stand cut out switch.

there is a spring connected to your brake pedal follow this up till you reach the switch then follow the wiring till you come to the connector.

Default Accessory Distribution Gizmo Group Buy

As bib said, if you can't find the connector, trace the brake switch back up the cable. You don't want to blow something trying to save time!! Good luck!! Haha

Those wires disappear into the loom. I (really) hope the alarm installer didnt cut up that part of the loom.

no the alarm fitter would not have spliced the brake switch into the loom .... keep looking. there WILL be a connector between the main loom and the switch.

That isnt the sidestand connector this green connector is....

Heres a better pic although im lost figuring out what it does in the alternator. The bottom connector has 3 black cables which matched up with the haynes wiring diagram but i dont know wtf the green & white does.

There is absolutely no connector from the rear brake switch

From this end it goes underthe fuel tank & straight into the loom where it must be spliced with the front brake switch. Im wondering if the plug i was going to use will still have a ignition only active live that will do the same job. or could i cut off the connector & jam in the cable along with the rear brake fuse in the fuse box which would do the same job?
