New delivery....

Used belly pan.


Brand new rear hugger.


Radiator grill.


Mirror brackets.... I think I'll use only left one


Curvy radiator fan, to match the radiator.

Today I cut the rear hugger, because of wider rear tyre.

On the right side was easy and just cut 2 inches.


On the left side was not so easy and now is not so good, but there is no other way to cut it.


Shortened the chain guard about 2 inches.


And the difference.



The belly pan for SV650, according to the seller, were found to be for SV1000 and I must modify it

Today I mounted the belly pan.... one long day :rollingeyes:


Right front bracket.


Right rear bracket. Hard to make it.....
I dont' know can you actually see it, but this is the hardly made bracket of all four.


Left front bracket.


Left rear bracket.


And the rear hugger is almost ready....


Except in the angle, that I dont know how actually happens.

Last week I took the wheel to the machinist to machine down 7mm. (huge THANKS to "zoran") of the left side of the wheel and sprocket carrier.


Everything fits pefectly.


Just need to change the bearings, calculate the spacers and make new caliper bracket

I also assembled few things....
