Revalve it if you want it to work perfect, but then you need to replace nitrogen.

I can't do this in Bulgaria
![]() Not me, of course, but the mechanics and technicians didn't have the proper equipment.... or they have some, which is better to say they don't have ![]() I measure the "Gubellini" spring and it didn't fit to "GSXR" rear shock, it's only 14,5cm., or I must use teflon sleeve ![]() Last edited by Kuku; 15-11-09 at 08:54 PM. |

Today I found (by the hard way) that the "SV" rear sprocker carrier and especially the rear sprocket didn't fit to "GSXR" rear wheel at all....
I also found in PazzoRacing site that the "GSXR-600/750" K4-K5 Brake lever are interchangeable with next years "GSXR", "ZX-6R" 05-06 and "Daytona 675". Clutch lever will fit from all "GSXR-600/750" 2000 to 2005 and "GSXR-1000" 2000 to 2004..... or this is only for Pazzo?! ![]() |

Hi, guys
![]() I dig out the thread, because i take some parts from painting. Frame. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Swingarm. ![]() ![]() Tail. ![]() ![]() The collor is black metallic. ![]() I also bought one "Ohlins" rear spring, which unfortunately is too short for "GSXR-600" K5 rear shock - "Ohlins" spring is 160mm. and original spring is about 190-200mm. ....and a pair of brand new "Ohlins" front springs ![]() ![]() |

Rate is more important than brand with spring.
What do you weigh? Frame looks good, even if it is wrong shape ![]()

I bought spring from Ebay and it's difficulty to ship back and wait for refund - I'll try to sell it here next season.

Look on top of spring, they sometimes etch it into top. I think ideal for you would be .9kg/mm at guess.
What is stock rate in those forks?
