What about saddle shutters. (Blanks that fill in the holes when you remove the Grab Handle)

Strong, chain adjusting plates that don't twist around the swingarm would be nice

Yeh mine were tight. It was when a mechanic over-tightened the swingarm. Then the next guy to work on it couldn't budge the nut it was that tight. Then when he did get it moving it took the adjuster with it.
But they are very weak. They sometimes bend a bit when I undo it

Ok,

We can make stuff in aluminium and delrin (a type of tough plastic/nylon)

So the list to date is:

1. Funky/sexy topyokes for SV's with clipons (identical in everyway to dizzyblondes....only joking)

2. Swingarm cover plates/bobbins
3. Rear footpeg hangers
4. Billet rear tourque arms - maybe
5. Mirror spacers
6. Some fairing spacers/brackets - Maybe tricky, but can look at it.
7. GPS/phone mounts attached to clipons
8. Footpeg lowering plates - adjustable - very easy to do.
9. swingarm adjuster plates - designed well so they dont twist

Wow...anything else!

We need an SV in the workshop for dimensions...any offers in or around lancashire, unless you want to travel

This does appeal, so hurry up and buy a lathe!

This also appeals, I have real difficulties some days with the standard pegs. The joy of being an old bag is that on some days, I can't get my feet down!

Ha ha, i tell you what send me a photo of them first if possible so i can work out whats needed. It would be useful to have the brackets here but on a bike as it may be the best way to make them is not the suzuki way.

Send me a photo.

How diffucult are levers to do Matt?

Pazzos are way overpriced and the copies floating about arent great from what I can tell. Mostly fitting issues.
