lol! fair comment!
ok i will rephrase would that not make the bike handle really bad?!?
i love the look of the sv with a nice fat 180 on the back, but i really don’t want to spend the money on it, if it is going to have crap handling!

The rear is bang on centre with the spacer kit off 21QUEST and I gave it a good ride out today what a difference!!!! Everything feels so planted now and the wider rear has not affected the handling at all!!!!!
The only real mod is you can't use the origonal torque arm Because it touches the tyre so I used one made up by 21QUEST jobs a good un.

did you have to do any mods to the swingarm to fit the B12 wheel in? i always thought that you had to do some major modding to the swingarm or even try and get a B12 swingarm in to get the when to fit?!?
what sort of time scale did this take you to do everything in? i am really interested in doing the same, but at the mo the bike is the only transport i have!!! so not sure whether to wait till i have the money to get a car back on the road?!?

Cheers
The whole job from start to finish took me about a day and a half but I made sure I had everything I needed befor starting!!!

Sorry, was a bit confusing my last post. It's not the wheel that's off centre, that's rubbish, it's the chain track that may not be right. TWF reckons the B12 sprocket sits about 3-4mm to the left of the SV one.

As you look at the bike from the rear and spin the wheel the chain tracks perfectly That was one of my concerns when I first got the spacers off Ben so I tried everything in before committing myself to powder coating and the tyre.

cool, well i really am looking at doing the same mod, i have really wanted to do it for ages but i thorght that it was a really hard mod to do, i have contacted "21QUEST" to c if he can let me know about the custom spacers and modified calliper hanger, so hopefully i will be able to have the fat back end i have wanted for so long.

"BILLY" :- just wondering what rear shock it is you are using, are u still on the stock shock or have you fitted an aftermarket one?

Cheers

Jimmy
