Yeah I should stick to doing what I do best, and that isn't being on the tools...
Brakes are better, both pistons actually move now. Shouldn't have used WD40, woops. Couldnt do much with the rear, calliper bolts came off ok but the pin was stuck in. |

Can you not stick the caliper in a vice and use a small flat bladed screw driver?
If it's not in tight, then coming at an angle with the screw driver, on the inside lip of the thread as if you were using a wood chisel may be enough to turn it. that always leaves you the easy out option for later.

I was going to start a thread just to express my pain but as you guys are talking brakes.....
New dust seals for my front pistons (little rubber rings that swell up, pop out and don't pop back in) £74!!!!!! ![]() that is all |
