The quality of the vid looks quite good for something so small and cheap but was wondering if some of you kind people could with a MD80 please answer a few questions for me before i commit to buying one.

How long does your battery actually last?
Is there any method of charging and recording while on the bike?

Thanks

I don't know how long the battery actually lasts but it's meant to be able to record for more than 2 hours.
If you've got a cigi lighter socket on your bike then just get a USB adaptor to charge the camera

The battery on mine is meant to last over 2 hours like Darrens, ive had it going for 1.5 hours fine so far, also for your information 30 minutes of recording takes 2Gb of memory so you will need an 8Gb card for the 2 hours. Mine can also definately charge whilst recording, when on the bike I plan to do this with a USB battery extender, also I must say the quality of the vid looks worse on the net than it does on the PC.

So far the best place ive found is to clip it to my collar, although this isn't perfect, as my helmet sometimes gets in the way and when I crouch down when going faster the camera aims a bit too far down. Click the link for my test vid:

Not that strange an idea actually.....theres a website somewhere where a chap tapes a full camcorder to his leg and the results turned out quite well.

I had to just give you chaps the link below for a Tachyon XC 3D! Just cant believe you can get a motorbike cam in 3D!

Both look interesting, can I ask you both to keep us all up to date.....perhaps create a seperate review with video in the reviews section so that the rest of us can benefit from your cash outlay
