The ony problem with the hero is the size of it though.

My mate used one offroad and kept catching it on stuff

Good quality cameras, not sure about the sound though.

When you say he kept catching it on stuff?

Where was he mounting it?

It can be a bit bulky...

I know that Gopro has spent one HELL of alot of money researching into the sound for the new HD... and it looks like it has paid off to be honest. But I don't really be able to comment on that until I buy it... so watch this space

Always helmet mounted on the dirtbikes as theres no point sticking it on the bike.

Trackdays are fine but when laning it tends to get a bit overgrown round here.

The only thing that I would put on my chest when offroading is my chest armour, not a big square piece of plastic to land on and smash my ribs with..

That is good quality. Can it be powered from the bike or is it only with batteries?

It is AAA Lithium Batteries

BUT... the new HD HERO (Much better quality and sound) is powered by a rechargeable battery back with an additional add on battery pack available.

I AM getting a HD hero when I get paid... I'll post a video when I get one

Some random snowboard footage...

The suction cup wasn't tightened properly on the first run... and then I broke it trying to FORCE it round.... I did give it alot of welly... A new one was delivered today....
