I don't think they are out in the UK yet, but you can go here and pre-order one: http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/gopro-hd-camera.html

I've just bought a Contour HD 1080p for a snowboarding holiday at the end of Jan but fancy giving it a test on the bike before I go, any suggestions where's best to put it and what mount to use? It only came with a flat faced sticky mount and a goggle mount and not overly confident ill return with the thing still attatched!!

My set up is for sale:

The handy thing is, it can be used as a normal video camera too.

Ordered this one. For £50 notes its meant to be very good.

I wanted a GP Motorsport, but couldn't justify the cost. You can get them imported from America for about £90-£100, but not enough time before xmas.

And to aid some better mounting points, fit it in your helmet (which i'll probably do).

That's impressive for £50!!

The ebay video looks jittery, like the footage keeps speeding up then slowing down. But the second video looks great. I really like that it is totally inside the helmet. Good find!

Just spotted this for 25 quid

Unless im seriously missing something this makes for a very attractive device for the price!

Only downside I can see is the limited battery life (1 hour)
