No, but eating cheese and then thinking about the cheese you just ate before betime will. as it's a silly old wife's tail...
Yumm what's that I see behind the fridge... a lump of old of cheese, I'll eat than now and have nice dreams.....                     arr well may be not...

I have nightmares after eating cheese. It's hard to explain but it's like there's a huge weight pushing down on me and I can't escape it. And it's not the wife rolling over!
