I think the Eurotunnel one is the one with the cars, coaches etc. Does that go to Bolougne? Always thought it was Calais? If it is Bolougne then yes, definitely spoils the fun of the ride and therefore ferry much better

I need a new chain and cassette, could you possibly recommend some to me?

Bike is a Focus Cayo Compact, I think it is a 10 speed?

LBS says it needs replacing as well as the chain, along with a whole list of stuff including wheels...

BB30 Bearings, headset (because it was put in dry), front deraileur (faulty).

Is your LBS trying to make a lot of money from you?

How long you had it?

Wheels, service the bearings & true them if buckled. Only replace them if the rims are worn out or beyond service
