Still playing to do the Stelvio? It still has snow on the top, if its the same one used in the Giro on Saturday.

LOL - get out and train more plus lose some weight might be the answer. Still planning on beasting the Stelvio, in three weeks - hopefully the snow is gone by then. We will be coming up from same side as Giro, after doing three quarters of the ascent from the other side... Craig has some crazy route planned


Just hope I can persuade Craig and Gladys not to do the Mortirolo as well!

Do what I did last year and just train using the big ring up some of your local climbs, for as long as you can manage it. Don't change up, just grind away

I was strapped for time, so this was the only way.

Plus with the length of the climbs round your way, you'll have tree trunks for legs in no time.

Plus lay off the pies
