I really like Strava, much better than MapMyRide which is the only other one I've used. The Mobile app is pretty impressive and can be paired with a HRM to track heart rate data on the ride. The iPhone version of the app is slightly better than Android version as there is more choice of HRMs the app supports. Strava will accept data from all modern gps cycle computers, but not some older ones.

So yes, better!

If you still have your old ride data on your gps device you can upload all your old rides or import the data from runkeeper.

I dont know about 1hr, the traffic out of Leeds will certainly play its part in holding me up. For example is takes me approx 12minutes to do the first 2miles of my journey on my way home purely because Leeds center has traffic lights at about 100m spacing.
Same again in Wakefield sub 1.5hr will be a reasonable target but I'd "aim" for an hour, the closer the better.

Awesome mate I'll look into them.

I took a slightly longer route than normal home last night, nailed it and loved it.
I'll get the strava up for the week soon enough. I didn't turn it on until part way out of town though so it shows as nearly 10miles on the dot and having taken me 35minutes ish.

Whats your time/distance for your TT pal, is it on strava already?

That's it mate keep it varied, all up on Strava, official time 29:40 over 10 miles I came in 29th out of a field of 39 and learned loads about what I need to do next time, a TT is definitely a hindsight race lol. I can't wait for the Canyon to turn up to have a proper go at it.
