Default Evotech Tail Tidy Fitted - Question

Heya All

I bought an evotech second hand from a good chap of the org, but I have a quick question.

Due to it being designed for mini indicators, I knew that the OEM spacers etc wouldn't be able to be fitted.

My only issue is because I couldn't use any of the spacers the hole at the back of the indicator is more exposed where the cable goes into it. Will water get in there or is the unit sealed further down the indicator arm?

Drew

Pop down to HG and get a set of mini indicators. Mine were about 5 squid each and go well with the bike (I think so anyway)

Will I need resistors etc wired in? Cause I am not the best at that kind of thing.

They are not LED so you just need to get some bullet connectors or Motrax do adapters.
They are brighter than standard aswell.

Well, I was fitting an intergrated tail light (which was bust and is going back) so the wires are stripped back and just spliced together. Presume I can just do the same and splice the cables together with minis?

Cool, I'm going to pop to HG in Chelt after work one day as its only 2 mile from where I work.

Cheers for the info......kinda wanted mini's anyway but didn't realise they could be had that cheap.
