Yeah get some grease in but also loose chains create gear changing problems make sure that's all correct as well!

Not too important, LM will do fine, but a moly, graphite or PTFE spray is probably the best (ask embee or spokey). Anything is better than nothing. clearing the crap, salt and corrosion is what does the most good.
