Ok the NAT isn`t strict whis is GOOD , now try and play COD4 online without PC`s etc and see if you get the dreaded lag . Another thing is the MTU setting on your router , for live I think it should be set to 1440 or something like that , will confirm that later .

Ok thanks, had a shot this morning seemed not too bad,off to work in a few mins so will have a look tomoz, this lag thing is kinda annoying tbh, yesterday for instance I spawned next to an opponent, crept up and emptied an entire clip from an M4 carbine into him at point blank range, then he turned round and stabbed me whilst I was reloading thing is, when I saw the killcam replay I was only just bringing the weapon up to bear on him now thats extreme, but regularly on the killcam replay Im not even pointing a weapon in the right direction,I mean Im ex Air force me, I really am a trained killer, ok you,d have to within 25 mtrs and Id need a full mag to do any damage, but you know.... you,d probably end up injured to some degree

I can , even had record deal and it`s a thrill to see your CD on sale in Tower Records and reviewed in Kerrang , Metal Hammer and Terrorizer .

The wife had a couple of CD's release a few years ago for some Abba re-mixes she sang on, can't remember the record label though.
