Search and Destroy is crazy for ranking up its quite easy to get 1500xp in a single match without doin challenges!!

COD 4 annoys me... the helicpters etc. Its like ok this guy is doing REALLY good, lets give him more kills so the people playing bad do even worse. Wahay.

Is there a way to turn these off? If there is then good ill play it some more... but when I last played it I dont think there was.

No you can`t turn them off , you get awarded a chopper if you get a certain amount of kills in a game , to stop this you need to find the guy that is camping somewhere , usually a Sniper , and take him out . Or do what I do and find a quiet spot and unload on it with an M249 Heavy Machine Gun , make sure he can`t see you and pound that Chopper

Camping also annoys me, so annoying. Running about and getting upclose and personal just dont happen... Urg. May the best camper win. Poor level design is to blame for that though.

Counter strike is a very similar game but there isnt much of an opportunity to camp on that.

I was proper crap at sbk08 when I first played it but I did the tutorials last night (took about 5-10 mins) and it helps you recognise braking points, throttle control etc... it's not like your average car game where you can thrash it everywhere without really thinking about it.

we'll have to find the common denominator and get an org competition going, be it halo, forza, cod4 or ping pong

I`m seriously thinking of taking SBK back , no atmosphere and a very sterile game , it honks to be honest with you and nowhere near the polish and fun that the GP games were , might get them to take it back as a deposit on Star Wars : The Force Unleashed

I would, the demo to SBK8 was awful, and the Force Unleashed demo was great.
