I got COD4 on Pc but I don't think I can play vs Xbox'ers.

I think Xbox live only highlights how good or bad you are. In my case it is most definitely bad. I struggle to get more than 100 points a match on battlefield whilst some of the top guys are getting more than 500. Its gonna be a long slog to get to the top rank!

the ranking system annoys me tbh.

i am a pretty average player and i always seem to end up in a room with a bunch of nutters who totally cane me and its just not fun. seems to be linked to what rank you are instead of your actuall skill - one thing i did find good in Halo.

it is also laggy as hell even with a good connection! have had enough of it at the mo, will hopefully have TFU to entertain me later.

im gonna put in a few hours on single player missions first so I can sharpen up my game

I just went to trade SBK08 in , had it less than a week and they offered me £12 for it , told `em to do one and lashed out for "Star Wars:The Force Unleashed" , gonna slip it in now and play with it ............. madame

Got force unleashed today, pretty good, see how it pans out, traded in mercs 2 and Too Human. got £34, only paid £30, part of the deal when i upgraded the box.

Question:::::

When I switch on the xbox it does not automatically sign me into "live" ie load my profile, the old box did. Obviously there is some setting somewhere but be dashed if I can find it, HELP!
Can find the one that stipulates if it switches onto the game or the dashboard on startup but not one to log me in???

I think it isn`t on a blade as such , it is when you look on your gamercard , maybe under private settings or something .

When on the main dashboard click on your gamertag card the menu will then show you 'auto sign-in'
