As Robchester stated , you need to go to the settings part of the dashboard and under setup there will be a picture of a TV , you can highlight that and select what setting you want for the TV . Most TV`s will let you play in 60Hz mode , even some pretty old ones had that function . I am getting the feeling you are probably using a Scart connection or Component if it is asking you to change settings .

Well HDMI will select the optimal settings for your TV anyway , there is a new feature in the Dash that will do all the tests for you and will tell you what your set is capable of .

What a rip off some of those marketplace downloads are though huh? XBOX 1 games costing over a tenner? WTF? Even those arcade games aren't really worth the money imo.........and you even have to pay over a quid for a bloody PONG clone! What are they thinking? I guess they're hoping people are so bored by the games they paid £40 for that they throw money at the "marketplace" too.

Don`t buy them then , Personally I like a good arcade game and I bought R-Type dimensions over the weekend and had a blast down memory lane , a couple of other more obscure games are so relaxing to play that I can lose hours on Hexic , Space Giraffe and Every Extend Extra Extreme . I agree that some of them are not worth the time it takes to download them and the Xbox Originals are expensive for what they are but there are some people in this world that live in places that are quite remote and I suppose something like that is a boon to them when they can`t get to the shops often enough .
