I need to buy another 360 if Im gonna play online. Is it worth the risk buying 2nd hand off ebay? I dont fancy increasing the risk of the rings of death although do have receipt of purchase from my last one.

Just buy the arcade one and slap your old Hard Drive on it . I wouldn`t buy second hand , you can also have DVD drives going kerplutt on them and the Graphics output cards can get a little shonky . The newer 360`s have Falcon motherboards on them that run cooler and are more stable . A second hand 360 , posted ? , all that dust inside going everywhere , changed your mind ? LOL

LOL , thought as much , I bought a 360 Elite last year cos it was Black and fitted with all my other AV gear and HDTV , love it even more than my original 360 .

We all have to game on something , I am no snob when it comes to consoles , what makes it for me is the LIVE service , without it I just wouldn`t bother , it is everything I ever wanted from the days of my Commodore 64

Just having a look online, think Ill hold out as theyre bringing a new "Jasper" model to the shelves which should be cooler and quieter. Ive had no problems with mine so far (apart from no live) but as the latest release is expected imminent, I might as well wait.
