Recieved and installed! I'd post a picture but I'd end up getting abuse for the state of my bike

Now it makes the rear axle nut look untidy!

Ok, a review - I will try to post a picture with the scottoiler later. Overall very pleased, scottoiler is far better located than it was with a bolt though the bobbin hole on the swingarm. Otherwise it is clearly better quality than the OE part which had previously spun round and gouged the swingarm. The fit to the bolt/spindle through the wheel is far better and the accuracy of wheel alignment would be better - however tbh I count the threads on the adjuster rods instead (as I think that is probably the most accurate way of aligning the wheel).
Overall, very happy! ![]() |

It has taken me a couple of days to fit these little jewels because of my shoulder injury being rather painful. But there was only so long I could hold off playing.
Time for some feedback to the lovely Bibio. First of all, the difference is huge. ![]() Fitting is easy. ![]() ![]() Setting the chain oil feed pipe could not be easier. ![]() The feed pipe in final place. ![]() Once in place, it looks lovely. ![]() I do not have any negative comments to make, I cannot think of any thing that could be improved and fitting is an absolute doddle. Thank you Lance for a great little bit of kit. You are a star. ![]() Oh by the way, is this clean enough for you fussy lot? ![]() |

thank you Jayne. those look absolutely lovely on the silver swingarm.
just a couple of comments. if you want to take the battle scar out your swingarm you can use a bit of scotch brite pad and rub along the grain, this will bring the grain affect back and mask the scar better. i would also advise that you try and get some slack in the pipework for your oiler as it looks a bit tight. if you move the nib a bit more away from the chain and a teensy weensy bit off the sprocket the oiler will work better as the oil then has centrifugal force to do its job better. otherwise top notch job ![]() |
