Not sure of the depth of the "channel" in the swingarm, I just used some 5mm thick s/s plate I happened to have in stock.
The other thing I've just remembered is that the head end (brake side) plate bore has a chamfer to clear the underhead radius of the spindle, whereas the nut end has a plain bore just with the edge broken. I don't have any pics of the plates alone unfortunately, but it's all pretty self-evident if you come to do something similar.

i don't mind being left with a few to sell on the bay or on svrider so it's getting near the possibility. as you can understand it's all about cash flow.
Bibio im sure people through the months will ask for these. Sell some on ebay to test the water. I bet they fly out the door. I cant wait until someone at an official suzuki garage spots this mod fitted on someones bike.

Hey you, I am happy to pay the postage for mine and you can have yours chucked in with mine, I am quite likely to see you at Bike Night or can even pop them down to Scallys for you? entirely up to you.

sooooo. i'll get a move on with this and hopefully you should all have them in your grubby paws within a month.
The tutoro unit is so simple, it really is just a pipe and a nozzle. So yes, I would like to have the oiler plate too, thank you kind sir. I may even make another daft video of me fitting it!

I showed the pic of them to the wife, she was suitably impressed and told me to go for it, I love having a wifey who understands the need to bling up my bike!

yup one of the problems that encountered except the pointy need more of an edge to be taken off on the sprocket side.
