Yup, just got home and tucked up in bed. Was a fab day in the Landy, the only car I've been in where cornering is fun

The sun shone if a bit cold for you guys, and happy everyone is at Ambleside together.

Pics tomorrow.

I did send four of you texts at 7.30 this morning, that were coming back on our turf.
I have no idea how much snow is falling for those heading in other directions,

but please be careful

Helloooooo Mark
Sorry to hear of your injury. Heal fast so we can resume our mid week jaunts and more important so you're well enough for your trip! I look forward to hearing all about it, and I can tell you all about my upcoming trip to Southern Africa. Proper adventure this time. No mamby pamby back up vehicle.

The Yorkies are home. Good weekend.

Trip back was fkin freezing. Took half an hour to do the last 500 yards because it was packed snow/ice. Maria enjoyed the experience of directing traffic around me and the bike though!

Got home safe around 1300.

Had to leave the bike at the bottom of the lane as it was covered in ice and I couldn't get up the hill.

Came back with the Land Rover and trailer and brought it up that way.

Brilliant weekend.

Thanks to everyone involved in organizing it and thanks to everyone who attended for making it a cracking weekend.

To those who didn't make it, I hope you/ your bikes/ the weather gets better.

See you all soon (hopefully).
