just bottled my cherry ciderish and worked out its 9% mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

My cider seems to have three layers; clear, cloudy, cloudier. I hope it clears up...

You take the specific gravity before and after fermentation.

it will clear in time , i had one of mine last night it must have been 4 weeks old and it was clear as and better than a strongbow

should i be worried that some yeast got into the bottom of the bottles?

when iv put everything in the demijohn a put in the Hydrometer and i got a reading of 1072 and when i think its ready to bottle i put the Hydrometer in again and this time the reading was 1004 which means its about 9%

you will always get yeast in the bottles its part of homebrewing and you need it to prime the bottles so you get the fizz .
