no dont leave it for 2 weeks , if u do it will ok but flat as pan cakes , i leave mine 4 to 6 days and then bottle , its should be well done by then abd then give you loads of fizz,

I've just bottled 25 litres of homebrew beer. It's a copy of HopBack Summer Lightning, pale, golden and bitter. Comes in at around 5.2%.
The beer is clearing already, so should be bright nice and early.
I'll let you know how it tastes!

going to go to Wilkinsons today to get what I need to start

Because it's so warm my brew is going really fast. The airlock can barely keep up. Very exciting to watch the bubbles shooting through. I'm going to buy a bit more hardware so as to get #2 going
