any one made turbo cider

Nine bottles sitting in my wardrobe crying out to be drunk
I hope they taste a bit better after carbonation. Wasn't too keen on the bit I tried already. I won't be surprised if they taste horrible, it sat in the demijohn a good bit longer than it should..

Being a total noddy with this type of thing what do i do with the air lock. Just stick it in the rubber and leave it.... red cap on the end stay on or come off?? As i said... total noddy!

Two more brews put together today




LHS is 4L pear and a little bit of apple, a cup of strong tea and about 200g sugar.
RHS is 4.5L apple. Put a litre in a pan and heated it with half a jar of honey and half a jar of raspberry jam (seedless). Chucked it in the DJ with the rest of the juice, a strong cup of tea (3 bags), added the yeast and its bubbling away already

Part of the recipe Supposed to add "body" to it, whether it does or not I don't know..

eww tea? a bit skeptical... the red one sounds nice though.

I wouldn't have thought there's enough in there to identify the tea, I shall let you know in a few weeks when I drink it
