any one made turbo cider

I haven't done any cider for a while, but I'll get another batch on the go soon. Still haven't bottled my pear cider (I've had plenty else to drink..) but the apple and raspberry has gone down well.
I've got 5 gallons of wine on the go at the moment, though it's all just about done fermenting. 2 gallons of blackcurrant, 2 of redcurrant, and 1 of both.

I'm about 25 pints through my 40 pints of beer in a pressure barrel. And I drunk it all myself Not all at once though

No more cider on the go at the minute cos we're trying to sell the house, so viewers like to view an empty kitchen, demijohns don't go down good, but I's'll be on the case as soon as that magic offer arrives

Tonight I had the first of the cider I made with cooking apples. Bloody lovely it is.
I shall consume a few over the weekend, along with a vintage port. Mmmmm.

That ^^^ should be ready for bottling on saturday, then given about 2/3 weeks to secondary ferment and improve. Ideally longer. But unlikely.

Ill let you know what its like.

I forgot to add that the Ginger Beer that I made and took to the AR was rather lovely
