Thing is YC , it may be easy to figure out for us , but on Friday I dropped my wheels off to get some Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa`s fitted . I dropped them off with the tyres and took the Badgeress for a meal . These tyre fitting places are in such demand some days that they can get it wrong . I collected the Wheels afterwards and checked my wheel before leaving and noticed the tire was in the wrong rotation despite an arrow on the wheel and the tire . Needless to say I called the guy over and said "What`s wrong with this then?" he uhmed and aahed until he saw the error of his ways and provided me with a £5 discount to secure my faith in them for the future . I would leave some sort of indication on , even if it is hidden somewhere

Considered it many times mate , just the balancing part that worries me . I looked at getting a bead breaker and even that Abba balancing device and worked out that it would never pay for itself in the all the time I would own a bike so I may as well let the tire Monkeys at the tire Zoo loose on them

Was more of a faith thing than anything else , I like to do things myself and know they are done properly and it is nice to fit the workshop out with Goodies . Anyway De-rail is over back to the shinyness and the intercourse with Jacob`s biscuits for Cheese .

I have a big vice and a set of levers, works fine, already paid for themselves twice.

No, you get a little bit of a sweat on but it's not bad at all.

The biggest thing doing it yourself is avoiding scraping the paint off the rim, but this is of absolutely no consequence to me. But you might want to buy some of those plastic rim protectors.
