turns out that the hugger is beyond repair unfortunatly! tried all day but just can't do it.

also my 4 year old little man was helping out today polishing (like to get them involved)

Also thought you would like to see the badge! (because you wont have seen one before!)

To be honest, after all the work you've put in to the bike, it would be criminal to put a poor condition hugger on it anyway.

My hugger did the same & I too tried to fix it, but it looked carp. So I sold it on EBAY and got a newer one. Nice help from the little guy, my 4 year old daughter loves spraying my Muc Off spray, which could be useful, but most of the time its on the car

^^ cool (< just for you "kwl" ) that will look mint, a seat cowl and tail tidy and remove the grab rail would realy finish it off, but depends if ure missus goes on the back (obviously not at the moment)

kwl you right though hopeing that i will get tail tidy for christmas and seat cowl is an idea but haven't seen a good one yet that covers grab rail holes, missus loves going on the bike but not always possible due to the kids but its easy to put back on.
