This thread is an E P I C journey

through conservatories, garages, greenhouses, Autumn, Winter, Sun, Snow and even a new-born.

its 01:34 and its taken me jst over an hour and 4cups of tea. but WOW!.

Wicked info source for polishing & painting. Congrads on the new-born and the totally awesome SV. Loving the paint job and I bet the photos don't even do real life justice.

For cleaning 50,000mi of road gunk, tar and black stuff from throttle bods (im injected) and most of the engine area - any tips on tools/pokey brushy things to use? or products/cleaners?

Cheers mate I finally got the bike a week last friday. Liam saw the bike off in true legendary style he decided at around just after 8pm that he was going to deliver the bike to me by riding it. The only problem was that I lived over 50 miles away from him!
Anyway around 2 hours later Liam arrived and lets just say he had made the right decision in getting rid of the bike as he was in agony with his knee. Liam is a top lad and i am glad i inherrited all his hard work, my hard work starts now by keeping the bike and looking after it.
