Pointy wont sell, Im growing more and more tempted just to list it on ebay with a starting price of £2200 so any bid wins it, 2 bids and I can chringe a bit less cos £2200 would be a painful goodbye.
But what ever it sells for I need £500ish to finish off the garden to make it child safe.

Just for info benders, there seems to have been a rush of DRZ's on eBay at the right money, maybe people getting rid before the winter ?
Few on there last for under £1500.
2001 for £1200.

Thats it mate, positive thoughts, it will sell, i had given up hope when mine hadnt sold in 3 weeks then out of the blue a new member to the forum called me, come with his dad, paid full asking price, took it away the same day.

Specialone you really must get some proper knobblies now the slippery season is on its way. You will soon learn to adapt your road riding accordingly (i find it good powersliding practice on the road) .You think road legal knobblies will be bad try my totally illegal ones! lol Really wish i was further north so i could join you guys im sure you would love watching me fall off. Im your typical 'all the gear no idea and no fear' type of geezer.

As for those of you lookin for you winter hack, try joining your local TRF forum (i dont mean become a paying member) they always have some good bikes up for sale for reasonable monies, well at least the devon one does.

Owenski, patience is the key to flogging ya SV! Whack it on evilghey as a classsified ad. Only a single £30 fee for a few weeks. Bung it on pistonheads too for good measure!

And speedplay you tart, what are you after when you say something bigger? Not a 690 surely? Worst still a 990 Adv mid-life crisis thing?

If a dirty weekend ever happens count me in i just need notice cancelling work etc, would be good to meet and play in the mud.

Soz for the long winded drivel guys, hope you dont mind a 'foriegner' in the madlaners , will be watching this thread and hopefully submit a few dutty pics of my own. Jus bought some cheap and cheerful enduro kit so will be exploring a lot more (i was destroying my road kit ....fast lol)

I'm going to be trying to drag these guys a little further south soon...

Erm....Actually the 990 super enduro...

The camping /green laning weekend (or 2) WILL happen early next year, just waiting for paul the 6th and matt to get bikes, and hopefully robh and maybe some others.
